  • WHAT IS FRIENDS OF KIEHL'S (FOK)?

    Friends of Kiehl's (FOK) is a loyalty program and, as a member of FOK, you will enjoy exclusive perks, early access to seasonal new launches, limited offers and so much more*! To join, simply spend SGD$120 nett or more in a single receipt at any Kiehl's store.

    *Please note that you will have to share your personal details with Kiehl's in order for us to keep track of your points and reward.

  • HOW DOES FRIENDS OF KIEHL'S (FOK) WORK?

    Member year starts the day you enroll in FOK and lasts for 365 days.

    Once you've enrolled in FOK, start accumulating points by making purchases in Kiehl's Retail Stores.

    Membership is registered with a NRIC/FIN/Passport number. You will become eligible for a SGD$50 Kiehl's voucher on your next purchase when you accumulate SGD$500 nett spend & above during your member year**. The SGD$50 Kiehl's voucher will be valid for 1 month from the redemption date.

    Receive a one-time 10% discount & birthday gift only redeemable during your birthday month***.

  • WHEN WILL MY POINTS BE REFLECTED IN MY ACCOUNT?

    Friends of Kiehl's points will be reflected in your account one (1) day after a purchase is made.

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?

    No physical card will be issued as a FOK. Your NRIC/FIN/Passport number will be your unique membership number.

  • CAN I TRACK MY KIEHL'S REWARDS ACCOUNT ONLINE?

    Yes! Log into your account on www.kiehlstimes.com/members to check your member account details.

  • HOW DO I UPDATE MY KIEHL'S REWARDS ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

    Log in to My Account at www.kiehlstimes.com/members and update your information at any time. In store, please let a Kiehl's Customer Representative know that you have a change to make to your account information and they can take care of it for you.

  • HOW DO I MAKE EXCHANGES & REFUNDS?

    Refunds and exchanges must be made at the initial store of purchase within 30 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

  • WILL MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE?

    No. Friends of Kiehl’s membership is a lifetime membership to thank you for your continuous support for Biotherm. However, your points will expire after each points cycle.

    Your points will expire on the anniversary of your join date each year.
